Wheels is a magazine for the car enthusiast which holds a number of meets around the country throughout the year, and in June the bandwagon rolls into Umeå. Hundreds of cars are on display, and more or less anything goes, the main criteria being age, most vehicles on display are over 30 years old. Many have been restored to original condition, others have been modified completely ... during the day there was a parade whereby owners could bring their cars to the judging arena, and talk about their prized possession, whilst three judges assessed the car for condition externally and internally, as well as the style they had chosen for their car. At the end the judges chose 10 cars, and the public also voted for "People's Choice". Then during the evening, it was time to take the cars out onto Umeås streets, where onlookers had the chance to see them "live", many with 50's and 60's music blaring from the radio :-)
